The warm weather is awesome it has been above 40 for a few days now and I am super stoked….yesterday Marky Mark, AccuMatt, pops, and I did a nice ride…it turned out to be just about 5 hours for me.  less than 3 months until battenkill so gotta do work.  It felt so good to be in the sun and not be freezing I hope this trend hangs around for a while. 2010 is here

January 12th, 2010

Over the last 2 years I have been very bad at keeping this blog up to date but this year I am going to try and keep it going.  new bikes from Trek and Gary fisher are out and will be in the shop early this spring.  The Trek Madone is redesigned lighter and stiffer, and the best 29 er MTb’s in the game from Fisher are ready to roll for 2010.  New for this season we will be having indoor training rides in the shop a few nights a week starting next week call or email for more info.  this way you can suffer through riding the trainer with company and get a leg up on the season…….Marky Mark J dog and I have started base last week ans despite the cold I got 15 hrs in last week.  it supposed to be in the high 30s this week so that should be nice….while all the big dogs do the training in Tucson the real men of cycling suffer through the cold of the north east…actually I am just jealous to ride just one layer of clothes would be awesome…….

Gloucester day 2

October 5th, 2009
day two of Gloucester started great 70 degree and sunny a new course hardly any mud things were looking good.  I had a bitchin start worked my way up into the high teens… I was in a pretty good group when my front tire blew……and that was that……….
The field was again pretty stacked and Tim J pulled off the controversial victory
apparently J Page claimed that Tim J took him out going into the sand….looking forward to this weekends racing in the Hood down in Newburgh NY cross series race Number 1 in downing park…..check it out at www.bikereg.com……..

gloucester grand prix

October 3rd, 2009

So we headed up mass for some uci cross racing. We arrived @ 10 pm laat night to find out the inn we reserved 2 months ago gave r room away. We eventualy found a place to stay but they were a bit unkind to our baby dog greta so we woke up this morning to sideways poring rain 30 mph winds and a search for a new hotel. The good news is that the heavy rain is not started yet. My race goes off @ 3 so I’m stoked. Jay dog is out warming up in the rain now. More to come later.
