Jockey Hil April 7th, 2009
We had a great ride at J hill this morning, Jonny,Andy and myself. The trails are in good shape and we only suffered one flat so all in all it was a good ride. Marky mark is representing the colors down south today at a super fast training race in N.C. we will have to wait for an race report to see how he makes out. well I gotta run time to pick u[p my pizza…..

rain, snow and wind…… April 4th, 2009
So I totally wuss ed out today. Due to the huge pink green and blue blob over Coxsackie on the radar I decided to skip the jonny cake race today. Tomorrow is looking good and the group ride should be strong number wise I hope……Tour of Flanders is tomorrow who will take it….Boonen is king there.

warm sunny days finally April 3rd, 2009
The weather today was awesome…..Marky Mark and I headed out for a training ride in damp fog but about an hour in the sky cleared and the sun came out…..we had a great ride up over peekamoose (not sure how to spell that) and then sugar loaf we did like 5500 ft of climbing in 5hrs. When we came back into ellenville the temp was 69 degrees….I gotta go eat somthing I burned like 5376 calories today……
