base miles….. February 26th, 2009
Marky Mark and I have been getting in some good miles despite the cold and rain/snow/sleet….MM is on a mission look out for him this season…..we rode up to Hunter the other day and it was halfway decent nothing like training in AZ but it was above 30. the roads were kinda soaked though and to make things better at about 4 hours in with about an hour to go it started raining then came hail…..you have to love the northeast….training here makes you tough. We did a nice easy 3.5 hours today well I did 3.5 Marky Mark did about 4.5. The Sunday rides have begun Sean H Mark and I did a few hours the Sunday before last and it is supposed to be nice this Sunday so 9 am from the shop if……How about the TOC Levi tore it up on his Madone…..the nicest bike in the pack……

New date for the Williams lake classic favatastyle February 2nd, 2009
We have made a slight change to the date of the Williams lake MTB race it is now going to take place on June 14th 2009 you can register at www.bikereg.com. I am also stoked to say that Williams lake will kick off the New York State MTB series…….check this out
I can’t wait till it shows up and the snow melts because I am going to tear up some trails on this thing. Full carbon, 21lbs stock, and 90mm of rear wheel travel….this bike is the best XC race bike out………well maybe its a tie between this and the New Carbon Blur XC from Santa Cruz….
any way base is going pretty good but the weather has not been helping. Big Jonny and I did a few good miles this weekend the weather was pretty good the only thing that really sucked was coming down 52 into pine bush because I forgot my toe warmers….coming down a mountain at 9 am in Jan kinda hurts…..
