its been a while since my last post but not too much has been going on…..I started my base training last week and the weather has not been cooperating. I am so ready for spring…it would be nice to be big time and go somewhere warm to train…….I am feeling really motivated despite the weather and I am really looking foward to the upcoming season. I do have some news…a date has been set for the best MTB race of the year….the Williams Lake Classic will take place on June 28th and you can register on www.bikereg.com the course is going to be awesome with lots of the old classic sections, some new sick sections, and of course the cave………
Sunday morning rides will be starting soon so if you want to get in some easy winter miles and build up some base for the season stay tuned..I think they will start in Feb leaving the shop at 9 am……
