the cold has arrived November 19th, 2008
Unfortunately I think winter is here….yesterday Marky Mark, myself and the Wells brothers went out for a few hours and it was the coldest ride of the season…it wasn’t too bad until Troy flatted his road tire on the rail trail, after that the temp seemed to drop a few degrees….any way its time to bust out all of the winter gear and settle in until spring I guess……..Just to put it out there Williams lake will once again host the best XC MTB race int the north east….thats right we are bringing it back cave an all. I just wanted to give you something to look forward to when its 20 degrees and snowing….. it will be sometime in May of 09′…..

USGP 5 K RUN November 17th, 2008
So Big Jonny Joosh, M Frank, Marky Mark, and myself went down to the garbage state NJ for the USGP cross race this past weekend and little did we know that we were in for a weekend of running. It had rained the night before and the morning of the first day of racing and the rain wreaked some serious havoc on the course. 95% of the course was like riding/running through crunchy peanut butter. this not only destroyed the course but your bike as well. Once again I had an awesome starting spot…DFL…that would be last. great way to start a race especially when the conditions are sooo bad….I did ok I mad my way up to the 30′s and I was riding strong but my bike began collecting mud…my wheels would hardly roll and I could hardly lift my bike over the barriers….see I wasn’t lucky enough to have 3 bikes and three guys cleaning my bikes so I could get a new bike each lap…nope I suffered through on one bike…..Joosh, Jonny and mike all survived there races Joosh was top 20 I think….not bad. here are some pics from the weekend……….cross at its best.
gotta throw out some props to the wells boys they killed it all weekend………………

North Hampton November 3rd, 2008
TRT had a good presence at the Verge cross series race this weekend, Big Jonny, Marky Mark and M Frank were all out for some cross fun and games…..My weekend was pretty bad I burped air out of both of my tubless tires on sat while in like 14th place….I continued to try and ride but I tweaked my back while trying to regain control through a turn…when I got back to the car I had 15 lbs of air in my tires…..on Sunday I was sitting pretty good somewhere in the low teens when My back started acting up again so I sort of soft pedaled the last half of the race…..oh well I guess I will have to live to fight another day……..
