1st race of the season June 17th, 2008
So finally I got to get to a race, this time last season I had raced like 15 or 20 times already…yesterday the table rock team made its first showing…I got a chance to race my new Blur XC andf I have to say it is the best bike I have ever raced…fast, smooth, and super efficient. Andy Thomas on board his white team issue blur xc rode himself into 4th as I took the win…I was super stoked to take the race being as my cleat came loose on the second lap and I had to sort of soft pedal sections because I didn’t have a tool to fix it and I didn’t want to loose the cleat entirely but it held out…I was super stoked to be racing and the team looked pretty rad in our new kits thanks to the guys at Verge…..Here is Jonny after the race sporting his new kit…..

show time…. June 13th, 2008
so here are some pics from the big film shoot……
After we finished the big interview I got to take them out on some single track….I was able to have some fun for the camera while doing what I do best ride my bicycle……what a day it was pretty rad. by the way the team clothes are here pics are soon to follow and the TRT team will be making an appearance at the race this weekend in Newburgh……..

the disco channel….. June 12th, 2008
So its 8 am Thursday morning and I should be out riding but instead I am at the shop waiting for the film crew….that’s right this morning we will be shooting a pilot for the discovery channel right here in my little shop. the show is called the Green Show and its an environmental awareness show based on extreme sports….sounds good huh….stay tuned to see what happens. By the way starting this weekend Saturday to be exact at 8:3o from the shop parking lot the first WSD group ride will roll out….WSD (Women’s Specific, women only, no men ride)…….

when its hot and sticky its time for a sunday morining group ride……tomorrow 9 am……how about t wells beating up on the Euro trash………………………maybe him and Adam Craig should start training in New Jersey to get ready for the great air quality in China….just a thought……..
